Welcome to Shiva Treks. By accessing and using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving a non-refundable deposit. Full payment must be made before the start of the trek or tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of notice given before the departure date.
3. Travel Insurance
All clients must have valid travel insurance that covers emergency medical care, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.
4. Risks and Responsibilities
Trekking and adventure activities carry inherent risks. Shiva Treks is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the trip. Clients are responsible for their own safety and behavior.
5. Changes in Itinerary
We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or political issues.
6. Health and Fitness
Participants should be in good health and physically fit for the selected trek. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
7. Visa and Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required documents before travel.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
